Lead Programmer

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science 
  • 3-5 years of web development experience 
  • Track record of writing consumer web applications of significant scale 
  • Web application development experience using PHP, Python or another scripting language 
  • Expert in XHTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX 
Responsibilities:
  • Build, lead and cultivate a technical team
  • Design and develop our initial platform
  • Help chart our company’s course through participation in manager, investor, and advisor meetings
  • Work with Product Management on roadmaps and timelines


Back-end Developer

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science 
  • 1-3 years web development experience, including internships and part-time work 
  • Web application development experience using PHP, Python or another scripting language 
  • Knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX 
  • Passion for Web 2.0 technology and creating great web applications 
  • A willingness to change the world one byte at a time
Responsibilities: 
  • Work with VP of Engineer to plan the architecture of our platform 
  • Design and Develop our initial platform
  • Respond to customer feedback to rapidly iterate on and improve our initial product
